Tasting note

Pale salmon-colored with an orange rim, clean and bright, with dense and slow church windows. Pronounced aromatic expression, dominated by red currant and fresh red cherry, red plum, stone fruits like apricot, and subtle notes of underbrush and herbs like thyme and rosemary that transport us to the Mediterranean.

On the palate, it is robust, with a lively and fresh acidity, balanced with a fatty and energetic finish. It is a gastronomic rosé, serious, of medium body, with a long and complex aftertaste, where the fruity notes blend with the herbal ones to create a pleasant and intense finish.

Serve it between 10ºC and 12ºC.
