Tasting Note

Lemon-yellow color with grayish glimmers that reflect its liveliness. Bright and clear, it shows an attractive brightness in the glass.

Pronounced intensity with notes of white flowers, citrus fruits, and hints of medlar, pear, and peach, accompanied by a background of sweet spices from partial aging in French oak barrels.

On the palate, it is intense and full-bodied, with a lingering acidity that gives it freshness. Sensations of stone fruit at optimal ripeness, peach, and herbs reminiscent of the Mediterranean prevail.

Schon während seines Studiums, das er als technischer Landwirtschaftsingenieur abschloss, hat Joan Manuel in den Semesterferien und während Praktika auf verschiedensten Weingütern gearbeitet und praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt. Im Jahr 2010 begann er an der Seite von Rosa Pons in den Weingärten von Can Axartell. Als 2012 eine neue Fachkraft für die Position des Kellermeisters gesucht wurde, war Joan Manuel prädestiniert für diese Tätigkeit, die er mit großer Umsicht und Hingabe ausübt.
